Students are becoming teachers. This transition is happening and it's a wonder to see. These students start thinking differently about everything they experience in their own educational spaces. They begin to visualize themselves as the organizer and creator of learning opportunities. They come to believe in themselves as the instigator of amazing activities to engage children. They are finding their way through the toughest challenges in the teaching profession and coming to understand concepts that are complex and multi-layered. Some are establishing realistic goals for their teaching practice and coming to an awareness of who they are as an educator.
